CRL.M.(BAIL) 835/2025 (for interim bail)
1. The accused/applicant, during pendency of this regular bail
application, seeks interim bail for one month in order to get his minor
daughter admitted in a school at Panchkula, Haryana. The accused/applicant
was arrested in case FIR NO. 476/2022 of Police Station Civil Lines for
offence under Sections 186/353/307/34 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the
Arms Act. The allegation against the accused/applicant is that he fired at the
police party, but the victim police official survived because he was wearing
a bullet proof jacket.
2. Learned APP has also disclosed the antecedents of the
accused/applicant, as he was convicted in two cases of murder vide FIR No.
0054/2000 of Police Station Shahdara and FIR No. 0035/2009 of Police
Station Chankya Puri.

3. It is contended by the learned counsel for accused/applicant that for
admission of his daughter in the Panchkula School, the accused/applicant
has to personally visit the school. But there is no such requirement from the
school, according to the documents placed on record. Further, the exercise
of admission in the school can be got done by wife of the accused/applicant.
4. At this stage, learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that the
school admission form also requires signatures of the accused/applicant. But
that can be obtained by taking the form to jail and getting the same signed.
5. At this stage, counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to
withdraw this application for interim bail.
6. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
