6. The present petition filed under Section 419(3) of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 impugns judgment dated 16th February,
2024 passed by the ASJ (POCSO)-06, West District, Tis Hazari Court in SC
No. 97/2018 acquitting the Respondent. The said proceedings emanate from
FIR No. 17/2018 registered under Sections 323/354/341/376/506 of the
Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4/8 of the Protection of Children from
Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
7. Issue notice to the Respondent, by all permissible modes, upon filing
of process fee, returnable on the next date of hearing.
8. List on 1st August, 2025.
