The instant criminal misc. petition under Section 528 BNSS
(482 Cr.P.C.) has been filed by the petitioners (complainant party)
seeking quashing of the proceedings in Criminal Case
No.57389/2024, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate
No.8, Jodhpur Metropolitan, for the offences under Sections
115(2), 126(2), 79, 3(5), 117(2) and 76 of BNS.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the
petitioners have settled their disputes with the accused-
respondents No.2 to 4 and have arrived at a compromise. A copy
of compromise has also been placed on record.
