About Prachi Mishra
Prachi Mishra is a seasoned advocate representing both private and government clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, District Courts, and tribunals across the country. She has previously served as the Additional Advocate General for the State of Chhattisgarh and Deputy Advocate General for the State of Madhya Pradesh.
Currently, she serves as the Additional Standing Counsel in the Supreme Court of India for Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Limited and its subsidiaries. She also provides legal counsel to a wide range of clients including Indian and multinational corporations, banks, hotel associations, co-operative bodies, and public sector undertakings.
Prachi Mishra is deeply committed to human rights advocacy and has undertaken multiple legal awareness programs, literacy campaigns, and workshops for self-help groups in Delhi NCR, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh to promote socio-legal awareness.
