1) The petitioner is apprehending
his arrest in connection with FIR
No.15/2023 dated 12.10.2023
registered at Police Station Mahila,
Sub-division Sadar, District Katihar,
for the offences punishable under
Sections 498A, 341, 323, 504, 506 and
34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860,
and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry
Prohibition Act, 1961.
2) While issuing notice on
21.02.2025, by way of interim relief,
direction for not taking coercive
steps subject to cooperation in the
investigation, was issued.
