1. Heard.

2. Though number of grounds have been urged, taking into

consideration that there is no material on record to show that the

petitioner has submitted its self assessment and deposited any tax

which according to it is leviable, we are not inclined to entertain

this petition at this stage.

3. Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to

revive the same in case eventuality so arises.
