1. Issue notice. Mr. Mukesh Kumar, APP, accepts notice. With the
consent of counsel for the parties and having regard to the nature of the
controversy, the matter is taken up for final disposal at the stage of
admission.
2. The present petition filed under Sections 438 and 442 of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (formerly Sections 397 and 401 of the Code
of Criminal Procedure, 19731) assails orders dated 10th February, 2025 and
5th March, 2025 passed by the Court of ASJ-02, Central, Tis Hazari Courts,
Delhi in SC No. 588/2023.2 By way of the impugned orders, the Sessions
“Cr.P.C.”
