1. This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution
of India for issuance of direction to official respondents to protect the life and
liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents and their other
associates and to restrain the private respondents not to harass or interfere in
the peaceful married life of the petitioners.

2. In terms of the order dated 17.03.2025 passed by this Court, the
parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of
this Court on 24.03.2025.

3. Report of the Mediator has been received in compliance of the
previous order passed by this Court wherein it is stated that the parties have
settled their dispute by way of settlement/agreement dated 24.03.2025, which is

enclosed with the report.

4. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, learned
counsel for the parties state that the present petition has been rendered as
infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

Mediation Centre of this Court.
