Yeleswaram mandalam, Kakinada district inspite of a rehabilitation patta
granted in my favor and without responding to the legal notice dated
14.02.2025, without following due p`rocedure established by law, without
giving fair opportunity and sufficient hearing, as illegal, arbitrary, violative
of principles of natural J'uStiCe, unreasonable, contrary tO the Provisions Of
AP Assigned Land (Prohibition of Transfer) Act,1977 and the rules made
thereunder as amended from time to time as also contrary to Articles 4 and
300-A of Constitution of India and consequently COMMAND the
respondent officials not to interfere with my peaceful possession of the
Property Without following the Procedure established by law by considering
my legal notice dated 14.02.2025, jn the interest of justice;

circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the
High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent not to interfere with
my peaceful possession of the` property admeasuring an extent of Ac. 0-03
Cents Situated in Plot No. 246. of S. No. 15 of J. Annavaram village,
Yeleswram mandalam, Kakinada district, in the interest of justice, pending
disposal of WP.No.4667 of 2025, on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support thereof and the High Court order dated
20.02.2025 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of sri
