That, the Plaintiff has filed
instant suit for recovery of suit sum
of ₹.32,15,000/- jointly and severally
as against the Defendants along with
the interest at the rate of 24% per
annum from the date of suit till date
of realization and such other reliefs
as this court deems fit in facts and
circumstances of case.

2. The Factual Matrix circumventing Plaint
averments is as follows:-
i. That, the Defendant No.1 is a
Private Limited Company
registered and incorporated
under the Indian Companies
Registration Act and is
carrying on chit business by
inviting prized subscribers to
invest money whichis
represented by its authorized
signatory Defendant No.2 Sri.
B.Y. Thimmegowda and
Defendant No. 3 & 4 herein
are its Directors of said
Company.
