Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The applicant is in jail arising out FIR/Case
Crime No. 180 of 2023, under Sections 376(3) & 506 IPC,
Section 5 (Thha)/6 of the Protection of Children from
Sexual Offences Act, PS Kotwali, District Dehradun.

3. This is a short term bail application moved by
the applicant on the ground that marriage of sister of the
applicant is scheduled to be solemnized on 22.04.2025.

4. Time was granted to the learned State counsel to
seek instructions.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances, this
Court is of the view that a short term bail be granted to the
applicant for treatment.

7. Therefore, the short term bail application is
allowed for a period of seven days from the date of his
release from the concerned jail on executing a personal
bond of Rs. Twenty Thousands along with Two sureties of

the like sum to the satisfaction of the court concerned. The
applicant shall voluntarily surrender himself before the
concerned Jail Superintendant within a period of seven
day from the date he is enlarged on bail.

8. The applicant shall surrender his passport, if
possesses, before the Court concerned prior to his release
on short term bail.

9. The short term bail application is disposed of.

10. Let a copy of this order be supplied to learned
counsel for the applicant today itself on payment of usual
charges.
