The Court made the following order:
The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of BNSS, is filed on
behalf of the petitioner herein/A3 to grant anticipatory bail in connection
with Crime No.311 of 2020 on the file of the Gudivada I Town Police
Station, Gudivada, Krishna District registered for the offences
punishable under Sections 406, 467, 420, 468, 471, 477A, 120B and
34 IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, none represented on
behalf of the petitioner.
3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor
representing the State is in attendance.
4. In that view, since there is no representation on behalf of the
petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
As a sequel, the interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this
Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
