M/s. DEVALARAJU ANIL KUMAR presented this Petition under Article 226 of

the Constitution of India is filed prayI­ng that in the Circumstances Stated in the

affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of
Mandamus declaring the impugned order dated 03.08.2023 passed by
Respondent No.2 in Revision confirming the Order dated 09.02.2023 passed

by the Respondent No.3 in Appeal, Confirming the Order dated 06.12.2022
Disml'ssa[ of Petitioner from Services passed by Respondent No.4 as illegal,
arbitrary, without jurisdiction, violative of Article         14,   16 and 21        of the

Constitution of India and to set­a­side the said Orders passed by Respondents
No. 2 to 4 by consequently directing the Respondents to continue the services
of the Petitioner with payment of salary and all attendant benefits, arears of
salary from the month of December 2022 to till date and other reliefs.

affidavit/memorandum     of   grounds   filed   herein       and    upon   hearing    the
