The present civil restoration application has been filed by the

applicants/appellants under Order 41 Rule 19 CPC for restoration

of S.B. Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.5689/2019, which was

dismissed vide order dated 30.01.2024 in furtherance of per-

emptory order dated 13.10.2023, passed by Co-ordinate Bench of

this Court for want of submitting the required PF and notices

within the given time.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned

counsel for the applicants/appellants and reasons mentioned in

the restoration application, the same is allowed. The S.B. Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal No.5689/2019 is ordered to be restored to

its original number.
