03.12.2024 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of sri yaswanth
Gade, Advocate for the petitioner and publI'C Prosecutor for the Respondent,
the Court made the followl-ng;
 ORDER:

[[When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned Additional

Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this Court that the
prosecution filed Crl.P.Nos.6330 and 6331 of 2024 seeking cancellation
of bail which was granted to Accused Mos.1 and 3 by the learned trial
Judge. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would further submit that
they have challenged the orders of bail granted to Accused Mos.1 and 3
on merits under Section 528 of BNSS and prays to fake up those t\^,o
matters along with the present petitions as a batch.

Registrar(Judicial) is request to place a note before the Hon’ble
The Chief Justice and get appropriate directions to ll-st these matters
before the appropriate Bench.

List these matters on 24.12.2024.
Interim order granted earlier, is extended till then.”
