Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be
pleased may be pleased to suspend the operation of the Letter of the 3rd
Respondent bearing No. NCO(AP&T)/162/6/P&C, dated 23-07-2024, by
continuing the existing NCC Sub-Unit in the Petitioner College, pending
disposal of the present writ petition and pass such pending disposal of
WP No. 26704 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.
The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents hereI-n tO
show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the
