The Court:- The instant suit involves dispute of commercial in nature. The
suit was filed on 29.08.2018, though after passing and coming into effect of The
Commercial Courts Act, 2015, yet, prior to notification of specified value, date of
which was 15.11. 2018.
For this reason, the suit may be treated as ‘pending’ at the time of filing,
as contemplated in Section 15(1) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.
Let the suit be transferred to the Commercial Division. The Department is
directed to take necessary steps.

determination.
