The appellant/applicant has filed this appeal under
Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973
(hereinafter referred to as ‘the Code’) in which he has
challenged the judgment of conviction dated 21.10.2022 and
order of sentence dated 01.11.2022, passed in Bettiah (Town)
P.S. Case No.292/2019, S.G.R. No.55/2019, C.I.S.-POCSO-
57/2019 by learned A.D.J.-VI-cum-Spl. Judge POCSO, Bettiah
(West Champaran) by which the applicant has been convicted
Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.12 of 2023(10) dt.19-04-2025
for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 366, 366(A),
363 and 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code as well as under
