The present petition is filed for quashing of FIR No.197/2023

dated 19.07.2023 registered at Head Central Office, Anti

Corruption Bureau, Jaipur District Chowki ACB, Bundi for the

offence under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

present FIR qua the petitioner is ill founded, unfair and effectuated

by malafides. Therefore, same ought to be quashed.

However, after arguing for while, learned counsel for the

petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to

take action/recourse in accordance with law in his defense.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

withdrawal is permitted with the liberty to the petitioner to take

appropriate remedy/redressal/action as required in law. It is made

clear that the withdrawal of the present petition shall not cause

any prejudice qua the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed.
