JUDGMENT :

(Per : ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.)
Heard. RULE. Rule made returnable forthwith by consent of the

learned counsel for the parties.

2. By this petition, the petitioners question the issuance of the

advertisement dated 27-09-2024 by respondent No.3, thereby continuing

the process of allocating work pursuant to the advertisement dated

10-09-2024.

3. Mr. Mokadam, learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4,

tendered across the bar a communication dated 23-04-2025 before the

Court, which is taken on record and marked “X” for identification. We

would like to reproduce the relevant paragraph of the said

communication, which reads as under :

4. A bare perusal of the said paragraph would indicate that the

respondents have no objection to allotting the work to the petitioners as

per G.R. dated 05.04.2024, published vide advertisement dated

10.09.2024.

5. In view of the same, the petitioners, the unemployed engineers

registered with the department, would get the work in terms of the

Government Resolution dated 05-04-2023.

6. In such an eventuality, the petitioners’ grievance has been

redressed; therefore, the petition is disposed of in the above terms. Rule

is made absolute accordingly. No costs.
