We keep both the applications pending. Advocate-on-Record for
the petitioner is to complete service thereof if not already completed and file
an affidavit of service.
We have heard Mr. Jishnu Saha, learned senior Advocate and Mr.
A. Kumar, learned Advocate General.
The following order is necessitated to enable the Court to make an
inquiry into the nature and extent of violation of its order dated 9 th April,
2025, if any, to purge the alleged contemnors of any such violation and by
closing the breach, on the prima facie case made out.
