1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of
the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) against the
impugned order dated 21.01.2025, passed by the learned 8th Additional
Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, District-Bilaspur (Annexure A1) in Sessions
Case No.95 of 2023, registered at Police Station Sakri, District-Bilaspur,
whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 311 of the
CrPC has been rejected.
