1. Unfortunately, the directions given by this Court vide order
dated 16.04.2025 have not been complied with by the respondent –
husband.
2. The learned counsel, Mrs. Taubon Irani appearing for the
respondent submits that she has brought the demand draft of
Rs.3 lakhs towards the Mediator’s fee. However, she says that she
will pay the entire amount of Mediator’s fees to the tune of
Rs.7 lakhs directly to the Mediator and produce the receipt thereof
on the next date of hearing.
3. She has resisted the payment of Rs.10 lakhs to be made to the
petitioner, however, we, hereby, again direct the respondent to
first deposit the amount of Rs.10 lakhs as directed earlier before
this court on or before 07.05.2025. On such deposit being made,
the petitioner – Sheetal Devang Shah shall be at liberty to
withdraw the same.
