The complainant has filed this complaint under

section 200 of the Cr.P.C., alleging that the accused has

committed an offence punishable under section 138 of the

Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. The brief facts of the complainant’s case are as
follows :

This is the case of the complainant that, the

complainant is engaged in the business of stockist of life

gear safety belt, nets, helmets and shoes and also

manufacturing low pressure flexible steam hoses, pressure

hydrolic hoses and other related products. The accused

persons are well known to the complainant and they have

purchased materials as per purchase orders and invoices

and they have to pay outstanding amount of Rs.8,85,160/-
