Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No. 1233 of

2023, under Sections 107, 342, 366A, 368, 376(3), 506,

120B IPC, Section 3(a)/4, 13/14/16/17, 19/21 of the

Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012,

Section 3(2)(5) of the Scheduled Casetes and Scheduled

Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 66B of

the Information Technology Act, 2000, Police Station

Manglore, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on

bail.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and

perused.

3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant

that co-accused, having similar role, have already been

granted bail.
