About the Opportunity
C&S Partner has opened up an application for the position of an advocate to work with them at their Delhi office.
This role is demanding and fast-paced, with diverse practice areas and regular court filings and court/ tribunal appearances.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in litigation and arbitration work. IBC experience is desirable.
- Skills: Drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, managing clients, and assisting partners of the firm and senior advocates in court proceedings.
