Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised PayU Payments Private Limited (PayU), the payment and fintech business of Amsterdam-based global consumer internet group and technology investor Prosus, in its acquisition of a strategic stake in Mindgate Solutions Private Limited (Mindgate) by way of a secondary purchase from certain existing shareholders of Mindgate.
The Firm assisted PayU in conducting due diligence of Mindgate and in drafting, negotiation and execution of various transaction documents.
