Case taken up before the Lawazima Court.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Perused the records.

The instant matter has been carefully perused and upon such perusal, it has been
observed that, vide the Lawazima Court’s order dated 22.11.2024, the petitioner is directed to
take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent No. 5 by registered post with A/D
as well as by way of usual Court process through the office of the learned Civil Judge (Junior
Division), Karimganj, within 7 (seven) days.

However, from the office note dated 16.12.2024, it appears that the petitioner has not
yet taken fresh steps for issuance of notice upon the respondent No. 5, despite being directed
to that effect.

In view of the above, the appellants are directed to take fresh steps for service of notice
upon the respondent No. 5, as per the direction prescribed by the above mentioned order of
the Hon’ble Court dated 22.11.2024.

The aforesaid steps for issuance of notice to the respondent No. 5 shall be taken within 7
(seven) days from the date of this order.

Let the matter be listed again before the Lawazima Court on 27.01.2025.
