1 Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. With the consent

of the learned Advocates appearing for the parties, heard finally at

the stage of admission.

2 This application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short “the Cr.P.C.”) for quashing of the

FIR (for short the “report) bearing Crime No.602 of 2021, dated 11 th

November, 2021, registered with Gandhi Chowk Police Station, District

Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and

506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, as well as the

consequential charge-sheet and proceedings in RCC No.2154 of 2021,

pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latur.

3 Applicant No.1 is the husband of informant / respondent

No.2. Applicant No.2 is the mother-in-law and applicant Nos.3 and 4

are the sisters-in-law of the informant. Applicant No.5 is a friend of

applicant No.1.
