Heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length and perused the record.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within a period of four weeks.
Requisite steps for service be taken within one week.
Registry is directed to club the instant petition along with CRM (M) No.
754/2024 in which a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.10.2024
has directed SSP concerned to ensure that both the FIRs are investigated by the
same Investigating Officer other than Investigating Officer(s) in the above
mentioned FIRs and while investigating the matter, a direction has been issued
that claim of the petitioners be also looked into.

In view of the above, the aforesaid direction is reiterated and the
respondents in the instant petition are directed to look into the claim of the
petitioner on the same analogy.

List the instant matter along with CRM(M) No. 754/2024 on 11.02.2025.
