Issue notice to the respondents in the main petition as well as in CM.
Ms. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG waives notice on behalf of the
respondents. Counter be filed by or before the next date of hearing.

It has been projected by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the
petitioner is suffering from problem in intestine causing constipation and also,
have stone in kidney which is causing severe pain to the petitioner, and
accordingly, a prayer has been made for getting the petitioner consulted and
examined from a concerned Government Doctor in GMC Jammu, keeping in
view his deteriorating condition and acute pain.
In the light of the peculiar facts and circumstances, which has been
projected in the instant application and also no objection from the other side, this
Court deems it proper to direct respondent No. 4 to get the petitioner consulted

and examined by a Government Doctor in GMC Jammu under proper escort,
keeping in view his deteriorating health condition during the notice period.
CM No. 7355 /2024 stands ‘disposed of’.
