1. In compliance with the order dated 11.12.2024, Mr. Nanda, learned
Sr. AAG has passed on a copy of the Government Order No. 479-
JK(RD&PR) of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 whereby, sanction has been
accorded to the regularization of the petitioner as Helper in
compliance with the judgment passed by this Court.
2. Order dated 21.12.2024 passed by learned Sr. AAG is taken on
record.
3. In view of the aforesaid, there remains nothing to proceed in the
instant contempt petition and accordingly, the contempt
proceedings against the respondents are closed.
4. We, however, make it clear that closure of this contempt petition
shall not bar the petitioner to agitate his grievance by way of a fresh
petition in case the arrears which would become payable to him
under the order of regularization are not paid to him.
