01. Proceedings in this contempt petition have been initiated for

implementation of the judgment dated 01.03.2023 passed in OWP No.

902/2010, vide which, the writ petition was disposed of with direction

to respondents to pay to the petitioner a sum of Rs. 10 lac within a

period of two months.

02. The respondents have preferred the LPA which was

dismissed vide order dated 20.10.2023 and aggrieved of this order, the

respondents have filed SLP before the Hon’ble Supreme Court bearing

Diary No. 6003/2024 which was also dismissed vide order dated

12.08.2024. Copy of Diary No. 6003/2024 is taken on record.

03. Respondents in compliance to the judgment dated 01.03.2023

have deposited an amount of Rs. 10 lac with Registrar Judicial on

16.11.2024.

04. Since the amount has been deposited before the Registrar

Judicial in compliance to the judgment, the petitioner is at liberty to

approach the Registrar Judicial for release of the said amount and the

amount shall be released in favour of the petitioner after proper

identification and verification.

05. In view of the aforesaid, the judgment of this Court stands

complied with, as such, nothing survives for further consideration in

this contempt petition.

06. Accordingly, the proceedings in this contempt petition are

closed.
