1. Petitioner through the medium of this petition under Article 226 of
the Constitution of India seeks following reliefs:-

a) Writ of Mandamus, commanding upon the
respondents to issue formal order of promotion
in favour of the petitioner to the next higher
post or placement in the higher pay scale in the
analogy as has been done in case Of his
counter parts figuring at S. No. 52 and 54 of the
tentative seniority list.

b) Writ of Mandamus, commanding upon the
respondents to consider and decide the
representations Of the petitioner more
particularly representation dated 17.04.2023,
filed against the tentative seniority list dated
12.04.2023, issued by respondent corporation.

c) Writ of Mandamus, commanding upon the
respondents to fix seniority of the petitioner in
Bricks and Tile Factory (BTF) Pampore at an
appropriate place and release all consequential
and monitory benefits in favour of the
petitioner.

d) Any other writ. order or direction, which this
Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the
attending facts and circumstances of the case,
may also be passed in favour of the petitioner
and against the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be
satisfied in case this petition is disposed of at this stage with a
direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated
17.04.2023 filed against the tentative seniority list dated 12.04.2023.
His statement is taken on record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondents are
not averse to the consideration of the plea raised by the petitioner.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the
petitioner, the petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to
the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner with
regard to the filing of objections against the tentative seniority list
and take a decision thereon, expeditiously, preferably within a period
of three months from the date a copy of this order is served upon
them.

5. Petition is disposed of, along with connected CM(s).
