[1] Heard Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel assisted
by Mr. Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioners.
[2] Issue notice.
[3] Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A. accepts notice on behalf
of respondent Nos. 1 & 2. Hence service is complete on all the
respondents.
[4] Learned senior counsel for the petitioners prays for an
interim relief of reserving eight seats of the post proposed for the
petitioners on the ground that they have applied in the initial
advertisement. However, the recruitment process was cancelled by the
respondents subsequently. In the writ petition, the petitioners are
praying for relaxation of the age to allow the petitioners to appear in the
proposed recruitment test.
[5] Learned G.A. prays for some time to seek instruction with
regard to the reservation and application of the petitioner to the
examination.
[6] List this case on 07.01.2025.
