By way of filing the present criminal misc. petition under
Section 528 BNSS, the petitioners have prayed for the following
reliefs:-
“It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that
this Criminal Misc. Petition may kindly be allowed and it
may kindly be ordered that the FIR NO.216/2024 lodged at
P.S. Sukher, District Udaipur for the offences under section
147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 386, 392, 279, 427 & 37 of IPC
may kindly be ordered to be quashed and set aside qua
petitioners, though name of humble petitioners is not there
in the FIR and respondent may kindly be directed to not to
harass in the garb of investigation in the instant FIR.”
