Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kaji
Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 398 of 2023 registered for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41940 of 2024(3) dt.20-12-2024

offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 186, 353, 504, 506/34 of
the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and
other accused persons are said to have assaulted a police man,
who was trying to do his duty.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for
the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody
since 17.3.2024.
5. Considering the nature of allegation and the
period of custody, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on
bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, East
Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Kaji
Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 398 of 2023.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after
being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Kaji
Mohammadpur Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
Any default in appearance at the police station will result in
cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
