IndusLaw advises Iron Pillar on $35 million investment in Flipspaces, ET LegalWorld

IndusLaw has advised Iron Pillar in relation to its investment in Flipspaces, an interior design tech startup, as part of its Series B funding round aggregating to $35 million.

The primary round was led by Iron Pillar. Certain others, including Apurva Patel (AP Block), as well as angel investors participated as co-investors in this round. The transaction comprised both primary and secondary investments in the Company. As part of the secondary component, Carpediem Capital Partners, an existing investor, will make a complete exit from the Company in a staggered manner.

The Transaction Team from the IndusLaw included Minhaz Lokhandwala (Partner), Maitri Parekh (Principal Associate), Martin Mathews (Senior Associate), Rishika (Associate), Kamayani Mittal (Associate), Yash Borana (Associate), Roshni Mulchandani (Associate), Saket Mishra (Associate), Ankit Sharma (Associate), Shreya Parashar (Associate) and Tarun Pydah (Associate).

Corporate Secretarial included Ruhi Jain (Executive Director), Chetna Agarwal (Assistant Manager) and Samiksha Nayak (Executive).

Vertices Partners advised Flipspaces, and Agram Legal Consultants advised AP Block in the investment transaction.
