Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the

petitioner in a case FIR No.564 dated 18.07.2023, registered under Sections 148,

149, 323, 325, 341, 379-B, 306 IPC (Section 306 IPC deleted later on and

Section 506 IPC added), at Police Station Yamunanagar City, District

Yamunanagar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner

prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to

surrender before the trial Court and file an appropriate application for bail and

the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the same in a time bound manner.

Allowed to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If the petitioner

surrenders before the trial Court within a period of seven days from today and

files petition for bail, then the trial Court would decide the same expeditiously in

accordance with law.
