Bunch of matters having akin factual matrix and legal issues

are listed before this Court.

SBCRLMP No. 2413/2025 is filed by the complainant being

aggrieved by the non-action on the part of State authorities in the

FIR dated 17.10.2024.

SBCRLMP Nos. 2244/2025 and 1817/2025 are filed with a

prayer seeking quashing of the criminal proceedings in the present

FIR No. 542/2024 on account of the fact that name of the

petitioner-Ratni Devi Meena is not mentioned in the FIR and she is

remotely connected with the alleged incident.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the present petitions

and has submitted that investigation in the instant matters is

ongoing and progressing actively. It is further submitted that

some of the persons are arrested by the police authorities. It is

further submitted that Investigating Officer is conducting the

investigation in an expeditious manner.

Considering the foregoing facts of the case and settled

position of law, upon perusal of the material available on record,

this Court has noted that disputed questions of facts are involved

in the instant matters; that contents of the FIR reflects

commission of a cognizable offence. Therefore, in light of the

above stated, this Court relying upon the dictum enunciated in

State Of Haryana And Ors vs Ch. Bhajan Lal And Ors.,

reported in AIR 1992 SUPREME COURT 604 is inclined to

dismiss the present petitions.

However, Investigating Officer is directed to proceed with the

investigation in a fair, impartial and expeditious manner.

Accordingly, present petitions are dismissed. Pending

applications, if any shall stand disposed of.
