In the present petition, the grievance being raised by the
petitioners is that the pay of Rs.19,289/- is being given to the other
employees including the junior of the petitioners whereas, the petitioners are
only being paid a sum of Rs.15,587/- hence, the respondents are liable to the
directed to grant the petitioners the salary as being paid to the similarly
situated employees.
Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the
petitioners have already raised the said grievance in the representation dated
20.09.2024 (Annexure P/5), which is still pending consideration with the
respondents and the petitioners will be satisfied at this stage, in case a time
bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said
representation.

Mr. Ashish Yadav, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the
respondents and submits that in case representation dated 20.09.2024
(Annexure P/5) has been received from the petitioners, the same will be
decided in accordance with law and an appropriate speaking order will be
passed within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of copy of this order and
in case, it is found that the petitioners are entitled for any relief, the same
will be granted to the petitioners otherwise, due reasons for not accepting the
claim of the petitioners will be mentioned in the speaking order so passed,
which will be conveyed to the petitioners for their information and necessary
action.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the
statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present petition may
kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
Ordered accordingly.
