In this special leave petition, the petitioner seeks
leave to challenge the order dated 30.09.2024 passed by the High
Court of Telangana at Hyderabad in Criminal Revision Case No.789 of
2024.

Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the
petitioner.
However, despite the persuasive arguments of the counsel,
we do not find any ground to grant leave invoking the power under
Article 136 of the Constitution of India. Hence, this special leave
petition is liable to be rejected. At the same time, the learned
senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that while
dismissing the application for discharge filed under Section 227 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the High Court has made
certain observations, particularly, in paragraphs 9 and 10 of the
impugned order which may cause prejudice to the petitioner. We find
some substance in the said apprehension. Hence, while dismissing
this special leave petition, we make it clear that such
observations made in the impugned order shall be taken only as
observations made for the sole purpose of disposal of the
application and same shall not cause any prejudice during the
trial.
