2. This is an Appeal against conviction. By the
impugned judgment dated 22.10.2024, passed by
Child Court/FTC/Additional Sessions Judge/Special
Judge (POCSO), District Udham Singh Nagar, passed in
SST No. 723 of 2018, appellant was convicted for
offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)
IPC read with Section 5(L)/6 of POCSO Act and
sentenced as under:-
