Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) assisted the Prestige Group with their new township project in the NCR Region viz., ‘The Prestige City – Indirapuram’ located in Ghaziabad.
CAM’s scope of work inter alia involved (a) advising on the framework and overall structure of the project from time to time, (b) undertaking exhaustive title investigation of about 62.5 acres of land forming part of the project, (c) drafting and negotiating sophisticated transaction documents including joint development agreement(s) and other ancillary documents.
The township, including integrated commercial spaces, is proposed to be developed and launched in phases.
The first phase of the residential component of the project has launched recently after procuring registration under RERA on April 28, 2025.
This project marks the Prestige Group’s significant entry into the NCR residential market with a sizable footprint. The transaction was led by Ashish Jain, Partner; with support from Siddharth Iyer, Principal Associate; and Rohan Chugh, Senior Associate.
