1. These writ petitions have been filed by the National Council of
Educational Research and Training (‘NCERT’), challenging the
impugned award dated 18thJuly 2016, passed by the Central Government
Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labor Court, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
2. The dispute had been raised by the respondent workmen under
Section 2A (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (‘the Act’), claiming
continuation of services, wages for the period of unpaid work, with full
back wages at the last drawn salary, along with increments.
