I.A. No.116453/2025 is an application for grant of

exemption from surrendering.

In the present case, the petitioner has been sentenced to

four years under Sections 419, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal

Code, 1860 and a fine of Rs.4,000/- has also been fixed upon him.

It has been stated on an affidavit that he has already

undergone the sentence of three years, one month and eight days.

In light of the aforesaid, the application for grant of

exemption from surrendering stands allowed.
