1. Accused persons are facing trial for the offence
punishable under Sections 307/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act.
2. Brief facts of the case are that complainant Sh. Akram
gave his statement which is as under:-
“………I work as a fisherman in the fish market near
D.A.V School. My brother-in-law Taheeq Ahmed had
made a deal to buy a property in B Block Shiv Vihar
about 1-1/2 months ago and got the property
registered in his name. Yesterday on 14-8-2019, my
younger brother Shahid went to lock the property
purchased by my brother-in-law in Shiv Vihar B
Block. When my brother was locking the property,
Aamir along with his two other companions started
abusing my brother and then Aamir left from there in
a Wagon-R car and his two companions remained
there and started abusing. They started abusing us and
after that my brother Shahid came home and told me
all these things. When I and my cousin Aris were
returning home on a scooter after finishing our work
from the fish market, at around 9.45 pm we reached
Shani Bazar Manchanda Chowk JJ Colony Uttam
Nagar. There was a huge crowd. Meanwhile Shahid
and Aamir also came. In the crowd, Shanu, Aamir,

Yamin and Tahseen were carrying weapons and
sticks. All of them started beating me and my cousin.
Sanu and Tahseen said that these people pretend to be
big criminals, shoot them. Aamir and Yamin fired
bullets from their weapons. One bullet hit my left side
hip and one bullet hit my left hand. After firing the
bullet, Aamir hit my left eye with the weapon in his
hand, which also injured my left eye. Sanu, Aamir,
Yamin and Tahseen threatened to kill us. They have
attacked with the intention of injuring me and shot
me. My brothers Asif and Aris brought me to DDU
hospital where I am undergoing treatment. Legal
action should be taken against all of them…..”
