In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the
inaction on the part of the respondents No.2 to 5 in demolishing
illegal constructions made by the respondents 6 to 8 in the
petitioner’s land in Survey No.49/1, admeasuring 400 sq.yards,
out of 800 sq.yards, situated at Vidyanagar Colony
Chunchupally Mandal Bhadradri Kothagudem District and also
in allotting the house numbers bearing H.No.UC/VNC/249,
H.No.3-1-114/1B for the said illegal construction made by the
unofficial respondents, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to
direct the respondents No.2 to 5 to take action in accordance in
law and to pass such other order or orders in the interest of
justice.
