for the State of Uttarakhand/respondent Nos.1

3. Mr. Ashutosh Thakral, learned counsel for
respondent No.3.

4. By means of the present writ petition,
petitioner has put to challenge the FIR No.0484
of 2021 dated 23.11.2021, for the offences
punishable under Sections 376, 313, 323, 427,
504 and 506 IPC, registered with P.S. Vikas
Nagar, District Dehradun.

5. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 as well
as learned State Counsel made a statement at
Bar that after investigation, charge-sheet has
been submitted against the petitioner on
01.04.2022.

6. It is further contended by learned counsel
for respondent No.3 that the said charge-sheet
has now been challenged before this Court
invoking its inherent power under Section 482 of
the Cr.P.C., therefore, nothing remains to be
decided in this writ petition and it has become
infructuous.

7. In view of the above, the present criminal
writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

8. Interim order dated 16.12.2021 stands
vacated.

9. Pending application also stands disposed of.
