1. Heard the parties.
2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur
P.S. Case No. 309 of 2022 (S-2) for the offences registered
under Sections 17/21(b)/25 of Narcotic Drugs and
Psychotropic Substances Act, pending in the court of learned
District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, at Seraikella.
3. There is allegation against this petitioner that this petitioner is
involved in sell and purchase of narcotic substance.
4. Submission has been made on behalf of petitioner that no
recovery has been effected from the person of this petitioner
and petitioner is in Judicial custody since 21.04.2025. He very
fairly conceded that petitioner is having two cases to his credit.
5. Learned P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail on the
premise of criminal antecedent of petitioner.
6. Considering the fact that other Co-accused persons have
already been admitted to bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this
Court, this Court find it fit case for grant of bail to the
petitioner and the petitioner named above, is directed to be
released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/-
(Rupees twenty five thousand), with two sureties of the like
amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and

Additional Sessions Judge-II, at Seraikella in connection with
Adityapur P.S. Case No. 309 of 2022 (S-2).
